In short
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Pickseer (“we”, “us”). By signing in to the app, you accept them. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use Pickseer.
2. What Pickseer is
Pickseer lets private groups of friends guess the results of football and basketball games and compare points. It is not a betting app. It is a game for fun, to play with your friends:
You may not use Pickseer to run gambling or any game where money or prizes depend on the results, including outside the app.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to use Pickseer. You sign in with your Google or Apple account, and you’re responsible for what happens under your account.

5. Guesses and points
You can guess a game until it starts. When it starts, your guess locks and can’t be changed or deleted.
In football, the final score is the score after 90 minutes, or after 120 minutes if there was extra time. Penalty shootouts don’t count.
If a game is postponed, guesses already made stay and apply to the new date.
Points are calculated automatically from the result our data provider reports.
6. Your behavior
Nicknames and room names must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening or misleading, and must not pretend to be someone else. Don’t try to break, overload or get around the app or its servers, and don’t access other people’s accounts or rooms.
We may remove a name, a room or an account that breaks these terms.
7. Sports data, teams and logos
Game schedules, scores and team logos come from a third-party sports data provider. They may sometimes be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and we can’t guarantee them.
Team names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the teams. Pickseer is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any league, club or player.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Pickseer at any time and delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account). What happens to your information is explained in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may change or stop Pickseer at any time.
9. No warranty
Pickseer is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise that it will always be available or error-free, or that scores and points will always be correct.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss caused by wrong or delayed scores, lost points or the app being unavailable. Points and everything else in Pickseer have no money value. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
11. App Store
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Pickseer or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you rights that can’t be waived.
13. Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know before it takes effect. Using Pickseer after that means you accept the new terms.
